This L(AB) - Named after Leroy Pucker, a creative engineer who was always there or always near, aspires to remind you of the creative processes — that your soul requires.
The Story of (AB)
A Note From AB -
I originally created this L(ab) as a space for my own curiosities and processing in life. As someone who was told at a very young age that my brain processes and sees life creatively, but .. “differently”… I have had to spend many years learning just how that is for me. I processes life through movement.. and I always have. Life always has made the most sense to me actively- while playing sports and visually- through color, style, and art.
However.. in the last 6 years, several experiences showed and pushed me to “see” just how expressive & integrative our bodies are as humans. I have spent this time studying Psychology (B.A), Movement ( Pilates Apprenticeship: Studio 7 Pilates & PSC) , Color + Light (Color- Practitioner: Aura-Soma), Environment (Outdoor Education and Interior Decorator Certification), and so on.. to build an integrative internal/physical space that my soul required. Now, my hope is to be able to connect, collaborate.. and hold space for you and your individual process as well.
